These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.passepartours.com (“Website”) and the services provided by Passepartours Cultural Experiences SL (“Passepartours”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a tour or using our Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Passepartours

Passepartours Cultural Experiences SL operates cultural walking tours and guided activities across selected destinations. Our services include private tours, small-group tours, ticket procurement, and cultural experiences led by certified guides.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed through Passepartours. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information required for ticketed attractions (e.g., Alhambra entry tickets). Passepartours is not responsible for incorrect details provided by the customer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy varies by product and is clearly stated on each tour page.

Unless otherwise indicated:

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a Full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

• For Alhambra Only: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a 60% refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Late arrival may result in loss of entry (for time-controlled attractions such as the Nasrid Palaces).
• Attraction tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable.

4. Tour Participation

Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point at the scheduled or agreed time. Passepartours may not be able to accommodate late participants due to strict entry times at certain attractions. We reserve the right to refuse participation for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

5. Weather & Operational Changes

Tours operate in most weather conditions. Passepartours may modify routes, schedules, or content if needed for safety, accessibility, or operational reasons.

In the event of force majeure (extreme weather, closures, strikes, public events), Passepartours will offer the best possible alternative but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what suppliers permit.

6. Tickets & Entry Requirements

For tours including entry to attractions (e.g., Alhambra, Vasa Museum, Pompeii):

• Tickets are purchased under the names and details provided by the customer.
• Entry is subject to the rules of the attraction.
• Passepartours is not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect personal data or late arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

Passepartours is not liable for:

• Delays or missed entrances caused by the customer
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow the guide or venue instructions
• Failures caused by third-party suppliers or attraction operators

• Passepartours is not responsible for any travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, or external services booked by guests through other platforms or providers. This includes even situations where a tour is rescheduled, delayed, modified, or cancelled by Us for operational, safety, or force majeure reasons. Customers remain fully responsible for any associated costs or consequences arising from their separate bookings.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Third-Party Services

We may work with ticket offices, transportation operators, and partner platforms. Their terms and policies apply. Passepartours is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties.

9. Website Use

All content on the Website is owned by Passepartours. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission. Unauthorized use of the Website may result in legal action.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Granada, Spain, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union regulations.
